Frederik has a strong heart and engagement for agility and Scrum. For Frederik, it isn't just about helping teams and organizing to learn and practice Agile and Scrum. It's to change people from within and their perspective on work and life. Frederik is a certified agile coach. He loves facilitation (with Liberating Structures) and Open Space.
His professional work blends in with leisure time, as he organizes events in the community as a board member of Agile Consortium and Re-Evented (organizer of XP Days Benelux and other events). He likes traveling and leisure activities with his three kids (mostly mountain biking, tennis, and exploring new places).
