What certificate will I get?
After attending this course, you will receive the Certified Scrum Product Owner certificate from the Scrum Alliance.
What will I get in a certified training?
Lunch and coffee breaks (only for classroom trainings, off course there will be breaks)
- Course documentation, checklists, further reading tips and a copy of your favorite Scrum book
- Access to our experienced Scrum coaches to hands-on support you when implementing Scrum
- The Scrum Alliance CSPO certificate
- A 2-year membership of the Scrum Alliance, providing access to very interesting Scrum resources
- PDU credits needed for PMI certification
Can I use ‘KMO portefeuille’ for Certified trainings?
Yes, you can.
If you want to use ‘KMO-portefeuille’, you can indicate this during your registration. We will give you further instructions afterward.
Don’t forget to also register the training on the ‘KMO Portefeuille’-platform using the following number: DV.O 246005.
How do I receive my certificate?
- Certified Scrum Master course
You will receive an invitation to take an online exam with the Scrum Alliance. This test has 50 multiple-choice questions on the topics that are discussed during the course. Our trainer will explain all details about the certification process and guide you to the necessary materials to prepare for the test.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner course
You will receive your certification after completion of the course. You do not have to take an online exam.
- If you are following the A-CSM course:
You will receive the A-CSM certificate after successfully completing this training, and your CSM certificate will be renewed for 2 years. Your CSM certificate needs to be active (or <90 days expired). If your certificate is expired with more than 90 days, you will have to reactivate using your SUE’s and pay a fee. How do you facilitate this training?
Don’t panic: you won’t see a single PowerPoint presentation. 😉
We focus on in-person training with a lot of interaction and conversation. We combine exercises in smaller groups (with real-life cases) with reflection and chunks of additional theory. We support the whole thing with striking (tailor-made) visuals that also serve as documentation later on – isn’t that neat!
Can I book a training for me and my colleague together?
No. Unfortunately, you can only book for one person at a time.
Are VAT taxes included?
No, all mentioned prices are VAT tax excluded. You will however have to pay it when you check-out.
I have a coupon – what now?
Yay, you have a coupon! You can add the coupon code at the checkout, and you’ll see the reduced price immediately. Beware, some coupons cannot be combined with Early Bird discounts. In that case, the coupon discount will be added and the Early Bird discount will disappear.
Where do I find the invoice?
We’ll send you the invoice digitally and you can always check it in your profile.
