Our Training Approach

This way of training Scrum made it exciting and focused. Much better than simply showing 100 slides and have all participants falling asleep. It was also great putting all theory immediately in practice in the exercises and getting immediate feedback of the training. I also really appreciate that the trainer sent us a lot of pictures of the flip charts and exercises. I’ve never seen this before. I’m looking forward to start using Scrum in our organization and learn even more about it. This training was really successful and convinced me of the power of Scrum.

— Tom V. (Project Manager and Team Coordinator)

We don’t provide typical classroom training. Our training approach is designed to offer optimal learning for every participant. This means that participants will be engaged and invited to bring in their specific challenges and questions. Our trainer will share typical pitfalls and proven implementation approaches. We will combine theoretical concepts, practical experiences, exercises, games, discussions and real-life examples into a great learning experience.

The content of the training highly relies on the input of the participants. Depending on their expectations and questions different topics might or might not be addressed or be worked out in more or less detail. We make sure that the participants are in charge of the scope at any time and understand the impact of their changes on the rest of the scope.

Our training approach is designed with the techniques from “Training from the Back of the Room” in mind. These techniques honour the differences in learning styles between participants and use sound contemporary pedagogic techniques to create deeper and long-lasting understanding
