Death by PowerPoint? No thanks.
You regularly facilitate a meeting or workshop in which you discuss a topic with colleagues or clients. Your goal: gather information, understand what is needed, and come to a decision. Together, so that everyone contributes and supports that decision.
Imagine this:
- You facilitate meetings and workshops in a unique, visual way.
- You guide participants through every step and keep an overview.
- You stimulate interactivity and involvement without endless discussions.
- You know what your role is and experience more flow, calm, and confidence.
- You achieve more and better results. While having more fun in your meetings.
These are the results of our Visual Facilitation workshop.

Visual Facilitation workshop: these are the steps you will take
In the morning, you will learn how to visualize information with basic drawing techniques. No theory, just short demos, and exercises. We conclude with a fictitious meeting that you visualize yourself. You will be surprised at how smoothly it goes ; ).
In the afternoon, we will build on that with examples, templates, and metaphors you will use to guide group interaction. A SWOT analysis, retrospective, iceberg, etc., you will learn when they are useful and how to visualize them in your own style.
Time to bring everything together. Choose a meeting that will take place soon and apply everything we have learned to prepare for it. Fine-tune your preparation with group feedback and practice your meeting with the other participants. Great for building confidence!
But I can't/don't dare to draw!
That's perfectly fine. You don't have to be a Picasso and we're not going to turn you into an artist. The goal isn't to draw beautifully, but rather to visually support a process.
After this Visual Facilitation workshop, you'll know how to create strong visuals on paper or a whiteboard using very simple lines. You'll immediately establish the foundation for your own image library for commonly used words in your work environment.
What makes the Visual Facilitation workshop unique?
- More than drawing | Many workshops teach you how to draw, but not how to facilitate. You have to figure out how to use those drawing skills in your job on your own. This workshop is different: you apply visual facilitation in your work and leave with a fully prepared meeting.
- Value for money | We've developed a unique approach that teaches you visual facilitation and allows you to practice it intensively in one day. You'll quickly boost your facilitation skills. Use flipcharts, whiteboards, PowerPoint: use them all throughout your career.
