And this course is also recommended for ScrumMasters that want to support and coach their Product Owner into doing a great job.
In terms of experience, this course does not require any previous knowledge or experience in Scrum. Both people new to Scrum as people with experience in Scrum will find great value in this training. If you have no Scrum experience, however, we do need you to prepare this course by doing some minimal reading on Scrum. You will get the necessary reading materials after registration.
This course will be facilitated in English. Since our trainer is also speaking Dutch and French, he will be happy to help you out in your native language as much as possible.

As lockdowns around the world are being lifted, we are very happy to go back to in-person training. We are working on safety measures to ensure that the training stays dynamic while also being safe. Goeie vraag! Voor ons is jouw maximale leerrendement het doel. Daarom combineren we een individuele voorbereiding (op je eigen tempo en maat) met het klassikaal werken. In dat 2-daagse klassikale stuk verdiepen de theoretische basis die je in de voorbereiding opdeed, en vertalen we die naar de praktijk. We combineren oefeningen in kleinere groepen (met real-life cases) met reflectie en brokjes aanvullende theorie. We gebruiken voor in-person trainings geen powerpoint, maar veel interactie en gesprek, ondersteund door sprekende (op maat gemaakte) visuals die ook later als documentatie dienen. Onze trainers zijn ook allemaal ervaren S3-coaches die met hun voeten in de aarde staan bij onze klanten en hun inzichten en ervaringen graag delen.
