Certification

Goeie vraag! Voor ons is jouw maximale leerrendement het doel. Daarom combineren we een individuele voorbereiding (op je eigen tempo en maat) met het klassikaal werken. In dat 2-daagse klassikale stuk verdiepen de theoretische basis die je in de voorbereiding opdeed, en vertalen we die naar de praktijk. We combineren oefeningen in kleinere groepen (met real-life cases) met reflectie en brokjes aanvullende theorie. We gebruiken voor in-person trainings geen powerpoint, maar veel interactie en gesprek, ondersteund door sprekende (op maat gemaakte) visuals die ook later als documentatie dienen. Onze trainers zijn ook allemaal ervaren S3-coaches die met hun voeten in de aarde staan bij onze klanten en hun inzichten en ervaringen graag delen.
