Zappos is in the news with implementing Holacracy. Frederic Laloux's book Reinventing Organizations is spreading fast and creating a lot of enthusiasm. People talk about green and teal organisations, or about implementing Sociocracy 3.0 (S3) as an alternative for Holacracy. But what are all these about? What will the organisation of the future look like?
This free evening session will give you a basic introduction into these new idea's and frameworks and how they relate. We will explain what Laloux's Teal paradigm is about and how it differs from the way we currently manage our organisations. This will give you insights in running teams or organisations without bosses, with intrinsically motivated people and working towards an evolving purpose. Next, you will get a basic introduction into both Holacracy and S3, both frameworks that (amongst others) enable you to implement self-management in your team or organisation.
This session will of course not be an in-depth training. But you will leave the room with a good overview of these idea's and how they fit together. This allows you to start experimenting with some of the techniques and examples we will explain and create awesome teams that deliver great results.
