Join this session to investigate your team or organisational culture based on Schneider's culture model. We will run a short survey to learn about the different cultures and define yours. Next, we will map the most important agile processes or methods on these cultures. This will help you understand what Agile or Lean method (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc) fits worst and best in your specific context. And you'll also get more insight and practical tips on how to adopt Agile in your organisation's culture.
Participants will get insight in the different cultures in teams and organisations and will start reflecting on their own culture. They'll get tips about what agile method fits best in what culture and why. This will help them to choose and implement agile processes more effectively in teams and organisations. The model will give participants concrete handles to start talking and working on cultural change in a different way.
This session is valuable for everyone involved in agile and a changing environment, especially coaches, ScrumMasters and leaders or managers involved in the implementation of agile.
