Barrett Values Introduction

Let’s explore the magical mirror of the Barretts Value model to explore yourself, your values and your companies culture.

During this session we ‘d like to introduce you to the Barrett model which describes seven levels of consciousness.

This Seven Levels of Consciousness Model applies to all individuals and human group structures—organisations, communities, nations. The Seven Levels of Psychological Development Model applies to all individuals. we humans operate at levels of consciousness and we grow in stages (of psychological development). Under normal circumstances, the level of consciousness we operate from is the same as the stage of psychological development we have reached.

We know all models are wrong, but some can really provide us useful information. This useful information comes from combining these seven levels with our personal values…

Who you are, what you hold dear, what upsets you, and what underlies your decisions, are all connected to your personal values.

Your values reflect what is important to you. They are a shorthand way of describing your motivations. Together with your beliefs, they are the causal factors that drive your decision-making.

by running a simple survey that takes just a few minutes of your time and provides a wealth of information about why you do what you do.

We will guide you through a simple survey and provide you with some hands-on, powerful insights on how the distribution of your personal values reflect your level of consciousness and stage of development.

Finally we will take the model and tools to the next level and explore how we can use them to measure what truly matter, like your company culture or your personal leadership development and this is where a whole new journey can start from.
